Aussie and its agents assume no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that you take based on the information, services or other material on our site. Whilst Aussie works hard to aggregate the highest quality data and to keep the information on our site accurate, complete and up-to-date, Aussie and its suppliers cannot guarantee, and will not be responsible for any damage or loss related to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information.
Aussie considers privacy of paramount importance and no attempt is made, nor taken, to identify you, unless you expressly choose to do so. You are aware that your use of our site is monitored, eg. the path taken through our site, and how long spent on each page. Aussie Search Function Terms & Conditions
Further to the general Terms & Conditions of use for the Aussie site, the following apply.
The search function is a tool provided by Aussie to enable you as a visitor to our site to find information contained on the Aussie site. By using the Aussie search function you understand and agree to the following conditions:
- that the question you asked may be stored and used by Aussie for whatever purpose it sees fit
- that if you submit a question to Aussie for a manual response, an e-mail address must be provided
- a request for a manual response to a question will be replied to within 5 working days
- that the answer will be provided by a hyper link back to our web site
- that Aussie will not store or use the e-mail address for any purpose, other than to reply to your question, unless you elect to be registered for other services on offer
- should you choose to attach your name to a question that requires a new piece of information to be placed on the web site, your name will be associated with the question.
- that your contact details can be removed by e-mailing us at AussieAssistant@aussiehomeloans.com.au and stating the question to which you wish your name to be removed from
- should your question generate a new piece of information on the web site, Aussie reserves the right to amend the question

Aussie provides a useful and simple method for customers to the web site to contact Aussie. By using this service you understand and agree that:
- the information provided will only be used for the purpose to which it was requested
- for a response to be provided, contact information must be provided
- Aussie will respond within 5 working days
- information provided within the response may be financial in nature

Aussie offer polls on the web site with John Symond's opinion on the poll for general use. By using or viewing any of the polls, you understand and agree that:
- the polls are anyonymous, and Aussie cannot and will not try to identify you as an individual
- the information provided by any of the poll is not influenced by Aussie and reflects the true opinion of those that vote
- Aussie take no responsibility for the use, accuracy or information provided in the polls
- should you choose to provide your comments about a poll, your comments become the ownership of Aussie, for use at their discretion
