Some info for our existing car and personal loan customers
Once you’ve set up your loan you’ll probably find things tick along quite nicely, but from time to time you might have a question. Here are some things you might need to know.
Statements and your loan balance
To save a few trees and to avoid the extra clutter on your kitchen bench we don’t send monthly statements. If you want to check the balance on your loan call us on 13 13 55.
If you really need a statement, call us and we’ll send one to you.
Increasing your loan amount
Want to do some extra renovations or take a slightly longer holiday? You can increase your loan if you’ve got the capacity to pay – and meet our normal lending criteria. There’ll be some paperwork but give us a call on 13 13 55 - we’ll talk you through the process.
Making an extra lump sum payment
If you got a bonus, won on a scratchy or just worked up some savings, you can put it towards paying off your loanˆ. Call us on 13 13 55 and we’ll tell you how.
Moving house or changing phone numbers
It’s really important to let us know if you move house or change your contact info. Just call us on 13 13 55 to give us your new address or phone number.
Selling your car
If we use your car as security, you’ll need to pay out your loan and inform us when you sell your car. You should also make sure the buyer knows you have a loan secured against your car.
Problems with making repayments loan repayments?
If at any time you think you might hit a snag when making your regular repayment, don’t stress. It’s much easier to deal with a problem early on, and there are lots of ways we can help. So call us as soon as you can on 13 13 55. We can manage the issue together.
