Aussie Sales Managers

There are a number of salaried Sales Manager roles that are key in the leadership, management and coaching of the Aussie sales team.

Sales Managers provide motivation for our Sales Professionals to deliver quality customer service and achieve business growth.

Roles include:

State Managers

  • Reporting to the Executive Director and managing a team of Seniors Sales Managers Mobile and Retail, State Managers are responsible for the revenue and profitability of the diverse range of Aussie Products through the 3 channels of distribution.

Sales Manager Mobile

  • Reporting to the State Manager, Sales Managers are directly responsible for coaching and supporting a team of Aussie Brokers to maximise the growth of their business.

Sales Manager Retail

  • Sales Managers, Retail act as the conduit between Aussie and Aussie Franchisees. They identify and recruit new Aussie Franchisees and then work closely with the Franchisee to set up the new site, establishing their business plans and objectives and maximising the Aussie partnership.

Sales Support Roles

  • Aussie has Sales Offices in Victoria, NSW, QLD, SA and WA.
