Change your credit limit

You can request an increase or decrease to your credit limit at anytime. We offer credit limits between $1,000 and $15,000 subject to an assessment of your financial situation. It’s easy to apply for a change to your credit limit.

Increasing or decreasing your credit limit

If you’re an existing customer you can request a credit limit increase or decrease online or over the phone.

We’ll consider things like your payment record and account history before we process your request. You should expect an answer within 5 days. We’ll confirm the outcome of your request in a letter.

To request the increase/decrease online:

• Log on to your account access online
• If you’re not registered for account access online, call 1300 660 841 and we’ll set you up.

To request the increase/decrease over the phone:

• Call us on 1300 660 841, tell us how much you’d like and we’ll let you know if you’re eligible.
