About Me

Hello, I am Sean Beavis - Franchise Principal at Aussie Newtown.

In 2010 I was awarded MPA Top 100 Broker and The Adviser Top 50 Elite Loan Writer. I am also a member of the Aussie Chairman's Club.

I offer my clients many years of experience as a mortgage broker as well as a strong network of clients and contacts throughout the local area, Australia and overseas.

My team and I are dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive the best service and advice throughout the home loan process.



Specialisations

We specialise in home loans for property purchases including: first home buyers, repeat home buyers/investors and refinances.

We can also assist with debt consolidation, loans for non-Australian residents, self-employed & PAYG, commercial loans for shops, warehouses, offices etc, and land & construction loans.

Aussie also offers a range of insurance products such as Building and House & Contents. I am accredited with the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia.
