What is your background?

I opened my Aussie Home Loans franchise in August 2007. Previously I have worked in the banking industry for 14 years. During this time, I have been exposed to all facets of the home lending process and have held senior positions including branch manager and lending manager within the Banking Industry.

My experience with the major banks has provided me with a thorough grounding in the retail side of banking, especially in residential lending. I will use this knowledge to ensure the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I have also attained a Diploma in Business - Banking and Finance, and a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking

What do you bring to your customers?

My greatest strength is my customer service. I firmly believe in treating others as I expect to be treated. A customer must be kept informed throughout the application and approval process, as well as once the loan has settled.

Additionally, my experience in the lending field enables me to structure a loan package that suits clients’ needs both today and in the future.

I also pride myself on delivering a professional and ethical lending service. This includes being clear and upfront with my clients so there are no ‘nasty surprises’ down the track.

What are the best things about your local area?

Hampstead Gardens is a burgeoning inner-city suburb that offers a mix of older style, and modern homes. However, the suburb has undergone a renaissance of sorts in recent years, with many older homes being knocked down and blocks sub-divided to make way for newer housing.

Much of the reason for the increased focus on Hampstead Gardens is due to the fact it is still relatively affordable, particularly given it is located only a short drive (seven kilometres) from the city-centre.

The area is also renowned for its Greenacres and Prospect Shopping precincts. And despite the recent developments, Hampstead Gardens has maintained a real sense of community.

My branch is located on North East Road, just across the road from the OG Hotel.

What do you bring to the community?

Aussie Hampstead Gardens’ community feel will differentiate me from other lenders. I am committed to operating as a small, local business, building and nurturing relationships with customers.

I have also been a local resident for more than seven years. This ensures that I am extremely familiar with the needs of local home owners, and I plan to use this 'local knowledge' to become a vital addition to the community.
