Managing your existing Aussie
home loan

If you have one of Aussie's own home loans, you can manage your loan securely online or over the phone. To activate access to online or phone services, you should call 1300 44 55 66 and have your customer number handy. You’ll find your customer number on your mortgage documents.

Online account access for Aussie Home Loan customers

Log in to your online account to:

  • check your loan balance and interest rate
  • print up to the last 3 months of transactions on your loan account
  • confirm the next loan payment date and amount
  • send an email to our customer service team
  • change your password
  • request a redraw
  • change your repayment amount
  • request additional statements
  • update your contact details.

To manage your loan account online, log in with your customer number and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, call 1300 445566.

Account access by phone for Aussie Home Loan customers
on 1300 44 55 66

Over the phone you can:

  • check your account details and balances
  • find out the amount available to redraw
  • check the last 5 transactions on the account
  • transfer available funds to previously nominated accounts
  • check your next repayment date and amount
  • check the current interest rate on your loan.

To manage your account over the phone call 1300 44 55 66. You’ll need your customer number and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, call 1300 44 55 66.

Changing your bank account details

Simply download and complete the Direct Debit request form from Aussie Online and mail it to:

Or fax it to (02) 9338 7710.

Your request will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your request form. Alternatively, we can fax the Direct Debit form to you, just call our customer service team on 1300 44 55 66.

Changing repayment amounts or frequency

When requesting changes to your home loan by mail or fax, please ensure you include the home loan account holder(s) name(s), customer number(s) and home loan number(s). Please remember that fixed rate home loan repayment amounts cannot be changed.

Changes of name and mailing address

As well as via Aussie Online, you can notify us of any name and/or mailing address changes by mail to the address above or by fax on 02 9338 7709. Or, you can call our customer service team on 1300 44 55 66.

N.B. If there is a name change for one of the home loan account holders, we need a certified copy of the deed poll, marriage certificate or divorce papers. Certified copies must be signed and sighted by a Justice of the Peace or authorised person e.g. a chemist or post office manager.
