Optional Extras:
When you take out comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance, you also have the option to include excess-free windscreen cover or hire car cover in your policy.
Excess-free windscreen cover is optional cover which can be added onto your comprehensive motor vehicle insurance. It covers you for the repair or replacement of windscreen or window glass if it is maliciously or accidentally broken during the insurance period and you don't have to pay your excess for the first claim of each period of insurance.
Hire car cover assists you with the cost of hiring a similar vehicle if your vehicle has been stolen or cannot be driven because of damage sustained in an accident. Payment for this option will be limited to the daily hire amount and the maximum hire period listed on your Insurance Certificate.
