We no longer provide AMP Loan Cover to new customers through the Aussie Brokers. However, rest assured, for those of you who still hold an AMP Loan Cover policy, your policy is still in force and they will still pay out claims. They are also here to answer any questions or queries you may have.
How to make a claim
If you need to make a claim, we have specially trained claims staff who will be pleased to answer any questions and assist you with the completion of any necessary paperwork associated with your claim Either you or someone close to you can simply call us on 131 267. We will then advise what to do next. Our claims requirements will vary depending on the type of, and reason for, the claim you are making. Our claims requirements may include, but are not limited to (as applicable):
- Completed claim forms, and
- Certified copy of the death certificate, and
- Confirmation of loan drawdown date, and
- Proof of diagnosis of condition for which the claim is being made, including copies of investigations performed by a specialist (eg clinical, histological and radiological evidence), and
- Probate or Letters of Administration.
Claims should be notified promptly to avoid delays in processing the claim.
