We were looking at buying our first home.

We saw a couple of banks to start with and then we saw Aussie adds on TV saying they were pretty good and thought we’d give them a go. We’d also heard some great things about Aussie from other people.

$119,000.

Did your Aussie Mortgage Broker save you money?

Aussie saved us time and money. Our repayments are only about the same as we would be paying in rent, and with our convenient fortnightly repayments our loan will be paid off about 9 or so years earlier, saving something like $60, 000.00 or even more over the term of the loan. Even though I hadn’t had a first home, the other banks we saw told us that we couldn’t get the first home owners grant because Wayne had already had his, but Aussie found out that we could get it and it saved us heaps and went towards the 20% deposit we paid on the house. Aussie just worked and worked for us and we are so appreciative for all the time they spent getting the right loan that fitted in with what we wanted.

What did you like most?

Our Aussie brokers were so easy to talk to and we were able to ask questions when we needed to. They travelled to our place which made it so convenient and at whatever time that suited us. I would recommend Aussie to anyone who is looking to buy a house and maybe has unusual circumstances like I mentioned above.

Any other comments about Aussie?

Buying a house is probably one of the most stressful things, but from day one Aussie just did just about everything and so much of the pressure that we could have had was lifted. Good on ya Aussie!!
