How to make a payment
You can choose from a range of repayment methods, such as Direct Debit, BPAY® or by using your Aussie Repayment Card at Australia Post – whichever is easiest for you.
Update your details
If you’ve moved or want to change any of your loan details, phone 13 13 55 from 8:30am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday EST.
