Aussie Home Loans has lifted its commitment to Sydney’s booming western suburbs by opening a store in Cabramatta.
Franchise principals Borey Yim, Tuyet Doan and Kevin Vo bring decades of experience in banking and finance to home buyers in the area, having worked at Commonwealth Bank in a variety of senior roles across home, commercial and equipment loans, as well as car leasing.
Mr Yim said “We are all well entrenched in the local community and are keen to build close relationships with our broad range of customers - from first home buyers to investors.
“In our first few weeks we’ve found that many people are already coming in store for a free health check on their existing home loan or for help finding a new home loan, as well as first home buyers looking to break into what is a healthy market,” he added.
The team at Aussie Cabramatta, located at 44 John St, Cabramatta, provide expert home loan advice and are focused on delivering outstanding service to customers by helping them save thousands of dollars and years off their mortgages when securing the right home loan.
Mr Yim said “We’re very excited to open our new store in an area where there is a young and dynamic population keen to take advantage of the current record low interest rates to get into the property market.”
The latest CoreLogic data for Cabramatta shows the median change in house values rose almost 13 per cent over the 12 months to November 2017, with units rising a more modest but healthy 4.2 per cent.
An opening celebration of the new store was recently held and attended by local dignitaries, business people and customers. Customers can visit Aussie Cabramatta during the store’s opening hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, or outside those times by calling (02) 9755 5202.
