Aussie Home Loans has expanded its own brand of products with the launch of a flexible and specialised new home loan range in partnership with Pepper Money, called Aussie Activate.
Available exclusively through Aussie Brokers, Aussie Activate will help many Australians into home ownership, including those who don’t fit the standard criteria set by mainstream lenders. From Prime through to Specialist home loans, Aussie Activate applications will be manually assessed to find customers a home loan solution that fits their needs.
The new offering will help customers looking to enter the market who are self-employed and don’t have complete financial statements, have found it difficult to obtain credit, or have a non-standard income source. Customers may have the option to borrow up to 95 per cent of a property’s value.
The Aussie Activate home loan will also include options for offset sub-accounts and an Aussie-branded Visa Debit Card, and customers will be able to transact via a 24/7 online platform.
David Smith, Aussie’s Chief Customer Officer, said “Aussie Activate provides a genuine alternative to mainstream lenders and loans. In the current home loan market many lenders have tightened their lending criteria, resulting in some borrowers being locked out despite being able to service a home loan.
“Aussie Activate represents the latest pathway to home ownership, combining flexible product offerings with real-life scenarios, and understanding that not every customer ticks every box. This launch really strengthens the diversity of our offering for brokers and customers alike, so no matter the customer’s situation or their requirements for a home loan, our brokers are well equipped to find them a suitable home loan option from one of our lender partners or white label range,” he added.
Pepper Money’s Director of Sales and Distribution, Aaron Milburn is proud to be partnering with Aussie to help more Australians achieve the dream of home ownership.
“Aussie Activate will provide a home loan solution to many Australians, and Aussie’s network of brokers are well-placed to help customers into a home who might be finding it difficult to find credit elsewhere,” he said.
Aussie Activate is available now through Aussie’s approximately 1,000 mortgage brokers across the country.
