Aussie Home Loans has appointed Brad Cramb to the position of General Manager, Distribution.
Mr Cramb will have responsibility for accelerating Aussie’s distribution growth, which includes direct accountability for Aussie’s network of 1,000+ brokers, 215 retail stores and over 40 team members.
Mr Cramb comes with over 20 years’ domestic and international experience in sales, marketing, strategy, logistics and operations roles within the automotive sector. He has held a number of senior management positions within Toyota over 20 years, including managing Toyota’s franchise and retail development and most recently as Chief Marketing Officer.
He has also led several breakthrough projects including building a seamless on-line to instore customer experience and created a central network services model leading to record Network profit and best ever customer satisfaction levels.
