Aussie Morningside

The owner of the Morningside store of Australia’s leading mortgage broker, Aussie Home Loans, has won the ‘Best Customer Service – Individual’ award at The Adviser Magazine’s 2015 Queensland Better Business Awards (BBAs).

James Buchanan, Franchisee of Aussie Morningside, accepted the title at a gala awards dinner at the Brisbane Convention Centre last week.

Mr Buchanan said, “Like every Aussie Mortgage Broker, my starting point with each customer is to focus on first identifying and then meeting their needs, both now and in the future. The right solution for customers always takes priority and I use my expertise to find the right solution.

“The whole team at Aussie Morningside always strives to provide an outstanding home loan service to every customer and this accolade is testament to our hard working and focus paying off,” he added.

Founder and Executive Chairman of Aussie, Mr John Symond AM, said “Aussie Morningside continues to set an example for the rest of the industry in how to add value by focusing on the needs of our valued customers. Awards like this reconfirm our total dedication to helping find the right solution and achieve the best outcome for our customers. I am always very happy when our franchisees are recognised by their industry peers for their hard work and this accolade is no exception.”

James Buchanan and the Aussie Morningside team provide expert advice to help customers through the process of finding and applying for mortgages from Aussie’s panel of up to 19 lenders, including the big banks.

The Better Business Awards bring together the industry's finest, recognising brokers and brokerages for their outstanding achievements. Winning a BBA is one of the most prestigious accolades for a mortgage and finance professional in Australia.
