Important Changes to BPAY for Aussie Select Customers
From Friday, 30 August 2019, BPAY will no longer be available on Aussie Online for Aussie Select customers. If this change affects you, we recommend you take a few minutes to check any regular payments and make a copy of your address book.
Below you’ll find answers to commonly asked questions to assist you with this change.
Why is this change being made?
We’re required to make changes to the functionality of BPAY to meet regulatory requirements. As this may take some time, we need to disable this feature until updates are made.
What happens next?
From Friday, 30 August 2019, the BPAY feature will be removed from Aussie Online. This includes the ability to pay bills via BPAY and your address book of billers. Any BPAYs that are scheduled after Friday, 30 August 2019 (3pm AEST) will not be processed.
What do I do next?
Please take a few minutes to:
- Login to your Aussie Online account
- Check for any scheduled or recurring BPAY payments
- Make alternate arrangements for any scheduled or recurring payments
- Make a copy of your address book

What other options do I have to pay my bills?
Please check for BPAY services that may be available from your linked bank account provider. In general, BPAY services are available with most transaction banking accounts. You can still schedule regular redraw payments to your nominated bank account through Aussie Online.
Will BPAY be re-introduced in the future?
We are busy working on bringing this function back online. We will let you know when it’s available, however we do not have a timeframe at this stage.
Will I be able to see details of my historical BPAY transactions made? Are these on my statement?
Yes, historical details will remain online and on previous statements for you to access.
How long do redraws take to process?
Redraws processed to a bank account before 3pm on a business day will be in the nominated account within 24 hours. Redraws processed to any Credit Unions or Building Societies will be in the nominated account within 3-5 business days.
Redraws requested on a public holiday or weekend will be processed the next business day.
How do I access redraw?
