Aussie Home Loans provides a dedicated Hardship Management team for our customers with an Aussie Home Loan*. This team is there to assist you in financial hardship both through reactive measures, i.e. a customer calls and advises they are under financial stress and need assistance, and proactive measures.
Aussie Home Loans Hardship team can be contacted on 13 13 33, Option 1, then option 5 Monday to Friday (8.30am ? 5.30pm EST).
