You will need to log in to Aussie Online and follow these steps:
- Select ?Messages? along the top of the screen
- Select ?Create Message? ? the purple icon below all your messages
- Once you?re on the Create Message screen, change the ?Account? to your home loan account
- Once the screen has refreshed itself, a ?Subject? filed will appear. Select ?Request to change payment amount?
- A message template will appear. Enter the amount you would like to change your repayment to and click send.
Alternatively, you can call the customer service team on 13 13 33 and request a change over the phone.
