Aussie Select repayments deferral request

If you’re an Aussie Select customer and have experienced impacts to your health or income due to COVID-19 you can access home loan repayment deferrals for up to 6 months. You can submit your request through the Aussie Select repayments deferral form.

Aussie home loans customers

If you’re an Aussie Home Loans customer, you can continue to service your home loan through your online banking portal, including making changes to your repayments and accessing your available redraw. You can find information about assistance with home loan repayments and other types of relief for your home loan product below. 

Aussie broker services

Our mobile brokers and retail stores remain open for business. You don’t need to leave your house to get home loan help. We’re still available over the phone, via video call or email. Our dedicated team is here to support you during this challenging time and we thank you for patience as we navigate this together.
