If you already have an Aussie personal loan, here are some things you might need to know to help manage your account:

Statements and your personal loan balance

We don’t send paper based monthly statements. If you’d like to check the balance on your personal loan call us on 13 13 55. Or if you would like a statement posted to you, call us and we’ll pop it in the post to you.

Increasing your personal loan amount

Want to do some extra renovations or take a slightly longer holiday? If you have an existing Aussie personal loan, you can increase your loan if you’ve got the capacity to pay and meet our responsible lending criteria. There’ll be some paperwork but give us a call on 13 13 55 and we’ll talk you through the process.

Making lump sum extra repayments

If you received a bonus at work, won big on an Instant Scratchie or just worked up some savings, you can put it towards paying off your loan. Call us on 13 13 55 and we’ll tell you how.

Moving house or changing phone numbers

It’s really important to let us know if you move house or change your contact information. Just call us on 13 13 55 to give us your new address or phone number.

Selling your car

If your car has been used as security, you’ll need to pay out your loan and inform us when you sell your car. You should also make sure the buyer knows you have a loan secured against your car.

Problems with making personal loan repayments

If at any time you think you might hit a snag when making your regular repayment, don’t stress. It’s much easier to deal with a problem early on, and there are lots of ways we can help. So call us as soon as you can on 13 13 55 so we can manage the issue together.
