Travel Insurance

Need to make a travel insurance claim? You can lodge a claim via the online claim form, by emailing travelclaims@allianz-assistance.com.au or calling 1300 725 154 and speaking with an Allianz specialist.

If you’re going through a stressful time and need to make a claim – our insurance partner, ALI Group, are here to help.

If you need to make a claim for the Involuntary Unemployment Benefit simply complete the MPP claim form request and the team at ALI will be in contact with you.
