With 16 years in small business before starting Aussie Manuka which has been operating since 2006, my career has been customer service focused in working with international companies and small business. In 1996 to 2003 I was assisting franchisees start up operations in Sth east Asia , New Zealand and Sth Africa so enjoyed the odd challenge. I am currently a ACT/NSW council member of the MFAA so have a keen interest in the advancement of the professional broker channel in the community.
As the owner of Aussie Manuka, I have keen interest in insuring customers have a positive experience during the application process. I realise that after the loan is finalised the relationship between myself and my customers is just beginning.
