About me

G’day! I’m Scott Bolton – Owner of Aussie Manuka

As the co-owner of Aussie Manuka, We have been doing home loans now for 20 years – Me and my team are passionate about helping Canberrans make confident, informed property decisions. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, investing or refinancing, our mission is to make the home loan journey simple, personal and stress-free.

I started my small business career right here in Canberra in 1991, running multiple franchises before taking my experience abroad across Southeast Asia, New Zealand and South Africa. In 2003, I returned home to open a Wizard Home Loans branch in Manuka, which became part of the Aussie network in 2006.

I’ve proudly served as an ACT/NSW Council Member for the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) from 2007 to 2009, before joining the MFAA Board from 2016 to 2018. Today, I sit on the Aussie Franchise Council till end of 2026 , helping shape the future direction of our national franchise network.

Our dedicated team includes:
