One of the joys of being a Mortgage Broker is getting to know people, their life journeys and what led them to me. Every conversation is different, and there is not always a one-size-fits-all solution to lending. My approach towards my customers is simple: Communication, trust, reliability and transparency. I’ll take the time to explain things without any confusing jargon, answer the questions you might not know to ask, support and keep you updated along the whole process. 

Prior to entering the finance industry, I developed valuable skills through many years of experience in customer service, marketing and social media. These experiences have taught me the importance of building genuine relationships, understanding unique circumstances and needs, and making people feel heard. 

I bring this same approach to mortgage broking, taking the time to listen, understand what’s important to each client and help make what can often feel like a complex process as simple and straightforward as possible.
