THANK YOU TO CHRISTOPHER MOORE We were looking to refinance when we made contact with 2 mortgage brokers, one of them being Chris. At the time, we decided to go with another mortgage broker as they lived in our suburb and were also a well known company. HUGE mistake! They pushed for us to use their finance then failed to do due diligence before submitting our application. Suffice to say, the bank did a credit check (now on our credit history for 5 years) and for some unknown reason declined our application. When the broker gave us the news, he failed to give any other options or reason for the decline and didn't speak to us again. That same day, I called Chris to see if he could help us. After telling Chris what happened, and apologising for having gone with someone else, Chris was still happy to help us, and from that day I knew we were in good hands. Chris was able to get us the best home loan for us with a cash back to boot. He was in constant communication throughout the entire process, he made everything so easy. Chris was even responding to my emails while on holidays overseas (how's that for customer service), I didn't even realise he was away at the time until he called me on the day of settlement and let me know where he was. Who would have thought refinancing could be such a smooth process without meeting face to face. Chris and his team are still in contact post settlement to ensure we're still happy with everything.
