Felicity Wyldman

Hi, I’m Felicity, a mortgage broker with experience across residential lending and mortgage broking, including time spent in lending roles with a major Big Four bank. I began my career in real estate, which gave me early exposure to the property process and led me into property finance.

My background in banking has provided a strong foundation in lending policies, credit assessment, and loan structuring, which I now apply as a broker across a range of client scenarios. I work with clients at all stages of their property journey and focus on providing clear, considered guidance throughout the loan process.

I place a strong emphasis on making the experience straightforward and easy to understand. Clients often value my patient approach and my willingness to clearly explain each step, ensuring they feel informed and supported from initial enquiry through to settlement.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors in the sun, and being by the ocean. I also enjoy reading, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.
