1. This rate is only available to investors with a principal and interest loan that has a loan to valuation ratio of less than or equal to 90%. At the end of the fixed term, rate reverts to the Aussie Elevate Variable rate. Rate is effective from 31/03/2020 but subject to change.
a)  Standard valuation is valued at up to $600. There may be fees if your valuation exceeds this amount.
b) Interest Only available for up to five years.

d) Unlimited additional repayments on variable loan splits. Up to $20,000 extra repayments annually on Fixed splits.
